You manage the subscription entirely via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play — you can cancel there anytime, effective at the end of the current period. We have no access to your payment data.

Yes. One family account syncs all devices — iOS and Android mixed.

Yes. The app stores everything locally and syncs automatically as soon as a connection is available again.

Directly in the app under Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes all of your family’s data from our servers.

Not when it's built like a proper behavioral reinforcement plan — which is exactly what Ritualio does. The reward follows a clearly defined behavior consistently, it's agreed in advance instead of negotiated in the moment, and you approve every single completion. That's the difference from bribery: bribery negotiates bad behavior away on the spot; a reinforcement plan rewards good behavior that was agreed on beforehand — transparent and the same for everyone.

In Ritualio, coins are an option, not an obligation: every routine can run reward-free from day one — streaks and trophies make the progress visible anyway. And once a routine sticks, you lower the coin value step by step until it runs without. That is what a reward plan is for: a push at the start, not a permanent fixture.
